Apple Store India, the company's online shop, went live late last year and had been announcing offers to woo new customers in an attempt to take on against Amazon and Flipkart. The company has now announced an upcoming cashback offer for customers ordering above Rs 44,900.

Starting January 21, Apple Store India will offer a cashback of Rs 5,000 on of Rs 44,900 and above. The company has also confirmed that it will offer No Cost EMI for six months on select bank cards. Apple notes that the offer is for a limited time, and it ends on January 28 2021.

According to Apple's website, the cashback is available for qualifying HDFC Bank Credit Cards and EMI offer is also applicable to the same bank cards.

"Offer cannot be combined with Apple Store for Education pricing," the company clarifies.

It's worth noting that the offer is limited to a maximum amount of Rs 5000 cashback upon a successful single order of Rs 44,900 and above. Notably, consumers cannot combine multiple orders, and the cashback is available once per card.

The company also clarifies about how consumers will get the cashback, "Cashback payment initiated once all product(s) have been delivered. Once initiated, cashback should take no more than 7 days to be credited to your account on a best effort basis. Any transaction order adjustments will result in cashback being recalculated. Offer may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice. Offer valid for limited period."

Much like the Rs 5,000 cashback offer, the No Cost EMI offer also ends on January 28, 2021. Apple clarifies "Card eligibility subject to terms and conditions between you and your card issuing bank." The No Cost EMI offer is applicable on HDFC Bank Credit Cards on EMI transactions on a six-month tenure only.
